Terms of Use

This English version is a translation provided for information only. The Turkish version is the governing text; if the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.

By using the app, you agree to the following.

Nature of the service

Kiovita is a tracking tool. It is not a dietitian or medical service; it does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. The calorie and portion values it produces are estimates based on averages; they are not as precise as weighing on a scale.

Health responsibility

If you declare any of pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease, a heart condition or blood pressure problems, or a history of an eating disorder, the system does not generate a program and refers you to a doctor. Regular medication use does not stop the program, but a warning to consult your doctor is shown. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you declare.

If you feel unwell while following the program, feel constantly fatigued, or experience an unexpected change in weight, stop and see your doctor.

Your account

You are responsible for not sharing your account details. You may not register with false information or with information that belongs to someone else. Kiovita is for people aged 13 and over. Users under 18 use Kiovita with the knowledge and approval of their parent or guardian; when creating an account, you declare that you are 13 or older and, if you are under 18, that your parent or guardian knows about it and approves. We do not knowingly process the data of children under 13; if we find out, we close the account and delete the data. Weight-loss (calorie-deficit) programs are not generated for users under 18; the goal is instead maintaining weight or gaining muscle. Coach accounts are for people aged 18 and over; you declare this separately when opening a coach account.

Pricing

Client nutrition plan: 499,99 ₺ weekly, 1.699,99 ₺ monthly, 16.999 ₺ yearly. There is no charge for the training program, workout tracking or exercise videos. Purchases are made in the app (App Store / Google Play); the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled.
Coach account: 499,99 ₺ monthly, 4.999,99 ₺ yearly; it is opened and purchased in the app. There is no limit on the number of clients. Coaches linked to a gym do not pay separately for a coach account; the gym's subscription covers it. A coach account does not include the coach's own nutrition plan; a coach linked to a gym also gets nutrition by subscribing in the app. A coach whose Coach subscription is active (a trial does not count) or who is linked to a gym is offered the nutrition plan at the coach price of 1.199 ₺ monthly or 12.000 ₺ yearly; if their coach status ends (the Coach subscription ends or the gym link is removed), they are asked to switch to the regular price of the nutrition plan.
Gym: the yearly fee is set by negotiation. There is no limit on the number of coaches and members.

Subscriptions bought in the app are charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The nutrition plan can only be unlocked by subscribing in the app; a gym or coach cannot unlock or extend the nutrition plan through a payment made in person. The gym's Kiovita subscription is paid under a separate agreement between the gym and the operator; it covers the gym panel and the coach accounts of the gym's own coaches, and does not cover members' nutrition plans. The membership fee you pay your gym is the price of the gym's own service. Nutrition access previously unlocked by paying at a gym or to a coach continues until its end date. When that period ends, the nutrition section closes, and your past data remains.

Invoices and VAT (KDV): until incorporation is complete, no invoices are issued and no VAT is added to the fees. Once the business is incorporated, invoicing will begin and these terms will be updated.

Auto-renewal, free trials and cancellation

The plans in the app are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription renews for the same length and at the same price; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
For a plan that offers a free trial, you are not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends. If you buy a paid plan while the trial is running, the remaining part of the trial is forfeited.
You can manage or cancel your subscription on the App Store under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and on Google Play under Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period.
Refund requests are reviewed by Apple or Google under the store's own rules. To cancel a gym subscription, write to kobeeagency@gmail.com.

Community rules

You are responsible for everything you share, such as your nickname, profile bio, photos, messages and intro requests. Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, violence, misleading health claims and content that belongs to others are strictly prohibited; there is zero tolerance for this.

Inappropriate language is automatically filtered before it is sent.
You can block or report anyone who bothers you; this option is available in the friends list, on the coach card, on the message screen and on the challenge leaderboard.
Reports are reviewed by the operator within 24 hours at the latest. Content that breaks the rules is removed and the account responsible is closed.

License

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; these terms apply together with it.

Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp (0551 715 35 98). We reply during these hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, weekends 10:00-18:00. In a critical outage where the service is completely down, we take action within 2 hours at the latest.

Changes

These terms may be updated. If there is a significant change, you will be notified in the app; changes are listed on the Yenilikler (What's new, in Turkish) page.
